Europe’s money is once again flowing to America.
Damn American capitalists again! The theory voiced by Khrenin above looks very coherent and logical. However, as always, there are nuances. For example, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, in 2021 the U.S. was the number one arms exporter ($10,613 million). U.S. exports are greater than the combined arms exports of France, Russia, Italy, China and Germany, which are ranked second through sixth, respectively. Indeed, it is very strange why many EU countries buy arms from the United States, the world’s largest exporter. Not to mention the fact that a number of U.S. weapons are the most modern in the world.
– “Even last year, the West’s readiness to unleash aggression against the RB was visible. Under the guise of fighting the migration crisis, in fact, three of the four Polish mechanized divisions were concentrated near Belarus. At the same time, from the side of Ukraine there was an intensive build-up of troops on the border. What is the purpose of creating such strike fists on the territories of the states bordering Belarus? The answer is obvious. Therefore, the implementation of allied obligations of Belarus in relation to the actions of the Russian Federation in Ukraine can be considered a preventive response to the threat of unleashing military aggression against us.
The so-called defense minister Khrenin forgot that a year ago the Lukashenko regime created a migration crisis on the border with Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia, using citizens of Asian and African countries for this purpose. Given the threat posed by “hybrid aggression,” Poland was forced to take measures to protect its borders, as well as the external borders of the EU. The Polish Armed Forces were also deployed to protect the border. Comrade Hrenin does not distinguish between “cause” and “effect. As long as there was no threat of “hybrid aggression”, Poland and Lithuania did not need to build a fence on the border with Belarus and bring in additional forces to protect the border. After the complicity of Lukashenko’s regime in the aggression against Ukraine and the passage of Russian troops through the territory of Belarus, one cannot deny the possibility of such a scenario against the Baltic States and Poland. Therefore, the neighboring countries of Belarus have to take additional measures to ensure their security. Thus, Comrade Lu has quickly turned from a “donor of stability” into a “donor of instability.
– “The special military operation that Russia was forced to launch on the territory of Ukraine is not just another, ordinary local military conflict. It is an external manifestation of the global civilizational confrontation between the West and the East.”
Of course, it was forced. If in the morning of February 24 the “orcs” hadn’t attacked Ukraine, already on February 25 the end of the world would have happened, and Russia (together with the proud Lukashenko’s Belarus) would have ceased to exist. We agree, we are exaggerating here. But it is important for the internal information field to continue to deliver the message that the war was started involuntarily. Nobody wanted to start it, in principle, but we were put in such conditions, and now we had to solve the problems by force, and blah-blah-blah. This narrative fits very well the civilizational confrontation between the scary West and the scrappy East. If the West wins, it means that these “gays and lesbians” will go everywhere and seduce young people! One can only understand why the propagandists are so worried about plans to stop issuing tourist visas to Russians. If you travel less, you breathe less “Western liberal values.

Вчера так называемый министр обороны Беларуси Виктор Хренин выступил на X Московской конференции по международной безопасности. Часть выступления была посвящена и войне в Украине:
– “Поставки Западом вооружений для Украины направлены не только на затягивание сроков военного противостояния. Утилизация устаревших вооружений в боях на украинской территории – это лоббирование интересов североамериканского ВПК. … Мы видим, как переданные самолеты, танки, БМП заменяются американскими образцами. Деньги Европы в очередной раз перетекают в Америку”.
Опять проклятые американские капиталисты! Теория, озвученная Хрениным выше, выглядит очень стройно и логично. Однако, как всегда, есть нюансы. Например, по данным Стокгольмского международного института исследований проблем мира, в 2021 году США занимали первое место в рейтинге экспортеров вооружений (10 613 млн. долларов). Экспорт США больше, чем суммарный экспорт вооружений Франции, России, Италии, Китая и Германии, занимающих в рейтинге соответственно 2-6 места. Действительно, очень странно, почему многие страны ЕС закупают у США – крупнейшего мирового экспортера – оружие. Не говоря уже о том, что ряд образцов американского вооружения является самым современным в мире.
– “Еще в прошлом году была видна готовность Запада развязать агрессию против РБ. Под видом борьбы с миграционным кризисом фактически три из четырех польских механизированных дивизий были сосредоточены вблизи РБ. Одновременно со стороны Украины шло интенсивное наращивание войск на границе. С какой целью создаются такие ударные кулаки на территориях сопредельных с Беларусью государств? Ответ на него очевиден. Поэтому выполнение союзнических обязательств РБ в отношении действий РФ в Украине можете считать превентивной реакцией на угрозу развязывания против нас военной агрессии”.
Так называемый министр обороны Хренин забыл, что год назад режим Лукашенко создал на границе с Польшей, Литвой и Латвией миграционный кризис, используя для этого граждан стран Азии и Африки. Учитывая угрозу, которая создавала “гибридная агрессия”, Польша вынуждена была предпринимать меры для защиты своих границ, а также внешних границ ЕС. Для охраны границы были задействованы и Вооруженные силы Польши. Товарищ Хренин не различает понятие “причина” и “следствие”. Пока не было угрозы “гибридной агрессии”, Польше и Литве не было нужды строить забор на границе с Беларусью и привлекать дополнительные силы для охраны границы. После соучастия режима Лукашенко в агрессии против Украины и пропуска через территорию Беларуси российских войск нельзя отрицать возможность такого сценария против стран Балтии и Польши. Поэтому странам-соседкам Беларуси приходится предпринимать дополнительные меры для обеспечения своей безопасности. Так, товарищ Лу из “донора стабильности” очень быстро превратился в “донора нестабильности”.
– “Специальная военная операция, вынужденно начатая Россией на территории Украины, – это не очередной, рядовой локальный военный конфликт. Это внешнее проявление глобального цивилизационного противостояния между Западом и Востоком”.
Конечно, вынужденно начатая. Если бы утром 24 февраля “орки” не напали на Украину, уже 25 февраля произошел конец света, и Россия (вместе с гордой лукашенковской Беларусью) перестали бы существовать. Согласны, тут утрируем. Но для внутреннего информационного поля важно продолжать доносить, что война была начата вынужденно. Ее начинать, в принципе, никто и не хотел, но вот нас поставили в такие условия, и вот пришлось силой решать проблемы, и бла-бла-бла. Очень хорошо в этот нарратив ложится цивилизационное противостояние между страшным Западом и скреперным Востоком. Это ж если запад победит, значит везде будут эти “геи и лесбиянки” ходить и молодежь совращать! Остается только понять, почему пропагандисты так переживают за планы по прекращению выдачи туристических виз россиянам. Меньше ездишь – меньше дышишь “западными либеральными ценностями”.
