Propagandists continue to speculate about the future and present of Ukraine. And these reflections sometimes lead to interesting ideas. I give the floor to Vadim Gigin, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusan Society “Znanie”:
– Gigin said that sooner or later the war (“special operation”) will end, and it will have some result.
– Under the conditions of what is called democracy, practically all political opponents have been eliminated. And not only pro-Russian, an informational and propagandistic diktat has been established. There are extrajudicial massacres, and there is evidence of extrajudicial shootings of AFU soldiers.
It should be noted that propagandists have an excellent understanding of the goals and objectives of the war, as well as the expected results. Comrade Gigin also stated that the war would have “some result. What exactly is not very clear. For the authors and ideologists, the process of war is more important than the result itself. How many people will die, how many cities will be destroyed, how much damage the Russian economy will suffer in the end – it does not matter. “Women will give birth to more,” yeah.
And of course, representatives of the so-called expert community of Lukashenko’s dictatorial regime cannot miss an opportunity to speculate about the undemocratic regime in Ukraine (a country that opposes external aggression and where martial law is imposed). Admittedly, it looks like some kind of grotesque. Especially against the background of the cleansing of political opponents of the Lukashenko regime and 24-hour jail sentences even for the “wrong” color of socks.
In Sunday’s newscast one of the reports was devoted to the topic of refugees from Ukraine. In the “lead-up” to the story, the anchor noted that not all refugees are willing to give interviews, because in Ukraine they are recorded as traitors and their relatives are threatened for doing so.
What was the story about?
– Yevgeny Mazurov’s family moved from the Donetsk region to Belarus in 2014. They got a job and a place to live. They gradually settled down.
– They could not find complete peace of mind in Belarus because there were still relatives in the war zone.
– Evgeny and his wife work in a logistics center. Resettlers from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts are granted subsidiary protection status in Belarus, which simplifies a number of bureaucratic procedures.
– Belarus has become a second home. The family has no plans to leave.
An interesting detail from the story: only the head of the family shared his thoughts. Despite the fact that his wife was always in the frame next to him, she did not say a word in the report shown on state TV. The story itself should be seen as part of the information campaign to promote the “distribution” of passports to refugees from Ukraine. It is worth noting that state TV often focuses on people who arrived back in 2014 and have managed to put down roots in Belarus.
Also, propagandists do not hide the fact that not all people want to talk on camera. The official reason is said to be the threats, which the Ukrainians then receive at home. Whether it’s really so, we do not know. But we can assume that not every normal person would want to confess his love for the “great helmsman” on camera.
Also, one of the reports in Sunday’s news was devoted to the reconstruction of Mariupol. What was it about?
– A residential complex with 1,000 apartments, which is being built by the Russian Defense Ministry, will begin accepting new residents as early as September. The entire complex will be made livable by the end of the year. All the houses are turnkey, with a minimal set of furniture and appliances.
– Thousands of Mariupol residents are waiting for a chance to return to the city and forget the horrors when civilians were covered up by the AFU. “They took everything. War is a terrible grief.”
– The battle for the hearts and minds of local residents is not yet won. Many do not understand what has become of the homeland: has it been returned or taken away? How long will the “new government” last? If not, who will be considered traitors?
– Once in the Ukrainian hinterland, a time machine seems to take us back 30 years. It was then that the authorities forgot about these territories: the roads were broken, the factories were in decline, and then there was the war.

Пропагандисты продолжают размышлять о будущем и настоящем Украины. И эти рассуждения порой наводят на интересные мысли. Слово предоставляется председателю правления Беларусского общества «Знание» Вадиму Гигину:
– Гигин заявил, что рано или поздно война (“спецоперация”) завершится, и у этого будет какой-то результат.
– В условиях, которые называют демократией, зачищены практически все политические оппоненты. Причем не только пророссийские, установлен информационно-пропагандистский диктат. Идут внесудебные расправы, есть свидетельства о внесудебных расстрелах военнослужащих ВСУ.
Надо отметить, что у пропагандистов отличное понимание целей и задач войны, а также ожидаемых результатов. Вот и товарищ Гигин констатировал, что у войны будет “какой-то результат”. Какой конкретно – не очень ясно. Для авторов и идеологов процесс войны важнее самого результата. Сколько в процессе получения “какого-то” результата погибнет людей, сколько городов будет разрушено, какой урон в конце концов получит российская экономика – не имеет значения. “Бабы еще нарожают”, ага.
Ну и конечно же представители так называемого экспертного сообщества диктаторского режима Лукашенко не могут не упустить возможностей порассуждать о недемократическом режиме в Украине (стране, которая противостоит внешней агрессии и где введено военное положение). Правда, выглядит это как какой-то гротеск. Особенно на фоне зачистки политических оппонентов режима Лукашенко и посадки на сутки даже за “неправильный” цвет носков.
В воскресном выпуске новостей один из репортажей был посвящен теме беженцев из Украины. В “подводке” к сюжету ведущий отметил, что не все беженцы готовы давать интервью, т.к. за это их в Украине записывают в предатели, а родственникам угрожают.
О чем рассказали в репортаже?
– Семья Евгения Мазурова в 2014 году переехала из Донецкой области в Беларусь. Здесь получили работу и жилье. Постепенно обустроились.
– Полного душевного спокойствия в Беларуси обрести не удалось, так как в зоне боевых действий еще остаются родственники.
– Евгений и его жена работают в логистическом центре. Переселенцам из Донецкой и Луганской областей в Беларуси предоставляется статус дополнительной защиты, что упрощает ряд бюрократических процедур.
– Беларусь стала вторым домом. Семья уезжать не планирует.
Интересная деталь из сюжета: своими мыслями поделился только глава семьи. Несмотря на то, что в кадре рядом с ним постоянно была жена, в показанном на госТВ репортаже она не сказала ни слова. Сам сюжет стоит рассматривать как составную часть информационной кампании по продвижению “раздачи” паспортов беженцам из Украины. Стоит отметить, что зачастую в фокус госТВ попадают люди, приехавшие еще в 2014 году и успевшие прочно пустить корни в Беларуси.
Также пропагандисты не скрывают, что далеко не все люди хотят говорить на камеру. Официальной причиной называются угрозы, которые потом поступают украинцам дома. Так ли это на самом деле – мы не знаем. Но можем предположить, что не каждый нормальный человек захочет на камеру признаваться в своей любви “великому кормчему”.
Также один из репортажей воскресного выпуска новостей был посвящен восстановлению Мариуполя. О чем шла речь?
– Жилой комплекс на 1000 квартир, который возводится МО России, начнет принимать новоселов уже в сентябре. Весь комплекс сделают пригодным для жизни к концу года. Все дома “под ключ”, с минимальным набором мебели и бытовой техникой.
– Тысячи мариупольцев ждут возможности вернуться обратно в город и забыть ужасы, когда мирными жителями прикрывались ВСУ. “Забрали все. Война – это ужасное горе”.
– Бой за сердца и умы местных жителей еще не выигран. Многие не понимают, что стало с Родиной: ее вернули или отобрали? Надолго ли “новая власть”? Если нет – кого потом будут считать предателями?
– Оказавшись в украинской глубинке, кажется, что машина времени переносит на 30 лет назад. Именно тогда власти забыли об этих территориях: дороги разбиты, заводы в упадке, и тут война еще.
